Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt and milk to the mixture and knead until a soft dough is formed.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a baking stone or baking sheet inside.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into an oval shape.
  6. Brush the naan with melted butter and sprinkle minced garlic and cilantro on top.
  7. Place the naan on the preheated baking stone or baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
