Ingredients
  • 115 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 225 gram All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 gram Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
