  • 2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 cup Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, oil, sugar, and eggs until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
