Ingredients
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 100 gram Brown Sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 200 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 gram Rolled Oats
  • 150 gram Chocolate Chips
  • 100 gram Chopped Nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
