Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Chop the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, celery, and fresh parsley.
