Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 250 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the dish for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
