Ingredients
  • 225 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 200 gram Brown Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 350 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 350 gram Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 150 gram Chopped Nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts (if using). Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
