  • 1.5 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
