Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2/3 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Place the coated dough balls into the greased bundt pan, layering them evenly.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Invert the pan onto a serving plate to release the monkey bread.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
