  • 4 stalks Rhubarb
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the rhubarb and toss to coat.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the rhubarb.
