Ingredients
  • 1 piece Pizza crust
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Fresh fruits (e.g. strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoon Apricot preserves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.
