Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Stir until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
