Ingredients
  • 200 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 100 gram Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture, mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl with the eggs and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares or desired shapes to make sandwiches.
