Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cranberries, chopped nuts, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
