Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cabbage
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the cabbage until soft. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked potatoes and cabbage. Mash them together until well combined.
  4. Gradually add milk while mashing until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
