Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 box Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1.5 cup Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 0.5 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Dissolve instant coffee powder in hot water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the coffee mixture into the pudding mixture and stir well.
  4. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies and add them to the mixture.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
