  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grind the hazelnuts in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground hazelnuts, all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and press each portion into a mini tart pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tarts are firm and lightly golden.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir in the heavy cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Remove the tarts from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Then, remove them from the tart pans and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Once the tarts are cooled, spoon the chocolate ganache into each tart shell.
  8. Place the tarts in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
