  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set and slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the cheesecakes to a wire rack and let them cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
