Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • For decoration Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the donuts from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and water to make the glaze.
  8. Dip each donut into the glaze, allowing the excess to drip off.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
  10. Allow the glaze to set for about 30 minutes before serving.
