  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cloves
  • 0.5 cup Streusel topping
  • 0.25 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the streusel topping and chopped pecans. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the batter.
