Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream, flour, and lemon zest until well combined. Pour mixture over crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven, leave the cheesecake inside, and let it rest for 2 hours.
  7. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
