Ingredients
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 50 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 180 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 30 gram Cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking tray for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
