Ingredients
  • 1000 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  2. Chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sautéed onion, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
