Ingredients
  • 6 piece Croissants
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the croissant cubes to the mixture and gently toss until all the cubes are coated.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the croissant cubes to absorb the liquid.
  6. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  7. Pour the croissant mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Dollop spoonfuls of orange marmalade on top of the croissant mixture.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pudding is golden brown and set in the center.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
