Ingredients
  • 3 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oats mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
