Ingredients
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries
  • 6 sprigs Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease six ramekins or custard cups.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, all-purpose flour, and milk until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  4. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with enough hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the flans are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate the flans for at least 1 hour to set.
  8. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries and mint leaves.
