  • 4 cup Apples
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your hands or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the oatmeal mixture over the apples, covering them completely.
