  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, sour cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
