Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 box Gingerbread mix
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gingerbread mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, and milk.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Fold in the diced mango.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the macadamia nuts, flour, and brown sugar to make the streusel topping.
  8. Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the batter.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the gingerbread to cool for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
