Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until butter melts. Let it cool.
  3. Add the milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and knead in the mandarin oranges.
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Cover and let it rise for another 1 hour.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  12. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
