Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Elbow macaroni
  • 8 ounce Reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cup Low-fat milk
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
