Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 3 large Eggs
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Place the pan in a preheated bread machine and set it to the baking program for 60 minutes.
  5. After baking, let the cheesecake cool in the bread machine for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the cheesecake from the bread machine and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
