Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites.

In another bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the almond flour and egg white mixture.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in milk.

Add the butter and milk mixture to the batter and mix well.

In a separate cup, steep the tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.

Add the cooled tea to the batter and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
