  • 300 gram Macaroni
  • 150 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 100 gram Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 gram Gruyere Cheese
  • 100 gram Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure there are no lumps.
  5. Add the cheddar, Parmesan, Gruyere, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
