Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
