Ingredients
  • 250 gram Macaroni
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 100 gram Mozzarella cheese
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 30 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and mustard powder until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook and stir until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  6. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
