Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni and broccoli to the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
