  • 250 gram Macaroni
  • 200 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and mustard powder until well combined.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  8. Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
