Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Macadamia nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Stir in the macadamia nuts.
  6. Press the dough into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares or desired shapes.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
