  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar and gruyere cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in the Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.

  9. In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  10. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the macaroni.
