Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, then bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Drain macaroni and add it to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the macaroni mixture.
