Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter and cooking oil.
  5. Scoop the mac and cheese mixture onto the pan, using a 1/4 cup measuring cup for each pancake.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
