  • 12 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk, then cook and stir until thickened.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the macaroni mixture.
