Ingredients
  • 2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 cup Fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Gelatin
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Fat-free whipped topping
Instructions
  1. In a blender, puree the strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  5. Add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  6. Fold in the pureed strawberries.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, top with fat-free whipped topping before serving.
