Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Layer the sautéed vegetables, spinach, and cheddar cheese on top of the pie crust.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  9. Allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
