Ingredients
  • 200 gram Ground almonds
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 150 gram Granulated sugar
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 2 unit Egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Raspberry jam
  • 50 gram Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together ground almonds, all-purpose flour, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add unsalted butter, egg yolks, and lemon zest to the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portions.
  4. Press one portion of the dough into the bottom of a greased tart pan.
  5. Spread raspberry jam over the dough.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips.
  7. Place the strips in a lattice pattern over the jam.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
  9. Allow the torte to cool for 1 hour.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
