Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Stir in celery, red onion, carrot, and green bell pepper.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
