Ingredients
  • 2 can Chickpeas
  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1 juice of Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinach, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the spinach wilts.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
