Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread the powdered sugar evenly over the dough.
  7. Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly.
  8. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal slices.
  9. Place the slices in a greased baking dish.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  12. Drizzle the lemon glaze over the warm rolls.
  13. Let the rolls cool for 10 minutes before serving.
