Ingredients
  • 220 gram Butter
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 300 gram Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder.
  6. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
